Job summary

Asian Paints Limited is seeking a field-based role in Delhi to build and maintain strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs). You will focus on Home Décor categories, manage onboarding, and maintain a master list of active architects in the defined geography.

The role requires proactive engagement and regular field activity. Responsibilities include onboarding new AIDs, updating the CML, conducting site visits, and coordinating with product and category teams to support

• Maintain & Update Customer Master List (CML) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates.
• Schedule meetings to strengthen engagement and coordinate site visits to end customers’ homes.
• Act as POC for escalations and ensure smooth home décor integration experience.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and execution.
• Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on catalog distribution.

This is a field role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs). It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen & Wardrobe, Bath Fittings & Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows & Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
• Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
• Maintain & Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on:
