Job summary

Rakshit Drugs is seeking a Marketing Logistics Executive to coordinate order execution and shipment planning for domestic and international customers. The role requires rapid problem solving, strong coordination across Production, Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, Regulatory and Finance, and expertise in export documentation.

You will manage shipments through carriers, verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COA/ COO, Shipping Bills, AWB and B/L, and maintain ERP/SAP records to ensure GDP-compliant

Qualifications

• Knowledge of API Pharma supply chain and logistics operations.
• Understanding of export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, Regulatory, and Finance teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Arrange and monitor domestic and export shipments through transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies.
• Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COA, COO, Shipping Bills, AWB, and B/L.
• Provide customers with shipment status updates and resolve logistics-related queries.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials in compliance with company SOPs and GDP requirements.
• Maintain logistics records, shipment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Monitor inventory availability and support efficient dispatch planning.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics partners for smooth export operations.
• Update ERP/SAP systems with order and shipment information.

About the Role:
