Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) seeks a skilled E&I Maintenance professional to oversee plant electrical and instrumentation upkeep in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on aligning maintenance activities with production schedules and maximizing uptime.

The ideal candidate will hold a BE in Mechanical, Electrical or E&I and bring 3–6 years of E&I experience, with strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or E&I is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in E&I maintenance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage all E&I maintenance activities to align with production schedules and maximize productivity.
• Oversee annual maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Execute Electrical and Instrumentation engineering projects.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance, asset history, and asset register systems.
• Prepare and control annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Plan maintenance and control activities.
• Develop vendors for spares and outside maintenance services.
• Ensure safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local laws including labor, pollution control, fire and safety regulations.
• Keep electrical safety systems functional at all times.
• Ensure GMP practices are followed as per company protocols.

Role & responsibilities

• To manage all E&I Maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity
• Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including annual maintenance, breakdown maintenance of all equipment, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Execution of all Electrical and Instrumentation engineering projects
• Designing and implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance, equipment history and asset register.
• Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Maintenance planning and control.
• Developing vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services
• Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.
• Ensure all electrical safety systems are functional all the time
• Ensure GMP practices are followed as per company protocols

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: B.E.- Mechanical/ Electrical/ E&I

Experience: 3 - 6 yrs (Especially in E&I)
