Responsibilities

• Prepare all instrument data sheets.
• Develop cable schedules, JB schedules, and cable tray layouts.
• Coordinate with E&I vendors for timely equipment delivery.
• Discuss critical points with customers during approvals.
• Conduct customer inspections at vendor premises.
• Check P&ID and equipment layouts from an E&I perspective.
• Prepare input/output lists and control logic.
• Evaluate tender documents and drawings.
• Prepare MCC and PLC panel drawings.
• Provide site support as needed.
• Visit site for installation.

Responsibilities

• All Instrument Data Sheet Preparation
• Cable schedule, JB schedule & Cable Tray Layout Preparation
• New (E&I) Vendor development
• Vendor coordinator (E&I) for Timely equipment delivery at Plant
• Critical Point discussion with Customer during drawing/datasheet approval
• Conduct Customer/Third Party (E&I) Inspection at vendor Premises
• P&ID, Equipment Layout checking from E&I point Of View
• Input / Output list, instrument schedule, Control Logic Preparation
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, schedules & MOM
• MCC, PLC panel drawing preparation
• Site Support as and when require
• Site visit for Installation
