Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) is seeking a Team Leader Maintenance (E&I) to manage all E&I activities across the plant. You will lead maintenance planning, budgeting, and safety compliance to ensure uninterrupted production.

The role requires 6–9 years of E&I experience, strong project management, and knowledge of statutory regulations. Based at the plant in India, the position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical, Electrical or E&I.
• 6–9 years of experience, specifically in E&I.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance budgeting and safety.
• Familiarity with local labor, safety and pollution laws.
• Proficiency in project and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all E&I maintenance activities to meet production schedules and productivity.
• Manage annual, breakdown and preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Execute electrical and instrumentation engineering projects.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance systems and asset registers.
• Prepare and control annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Plan and control maintenance activities and spares/vendors.
• Develop vendors/contractors for maintenance services.
• Ensure safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local laws including safety and fire regulations.
• Maintain continuous operation of electrical safety systems and GMP adherence.

Objective: The job objective is to manage all activities and projects related to the E&I function for smooth function of production lines, process areas of the entire plant.

Title: Team Leader Maintenance (E&I)

Function: Supply Chain – Manufacturing - Maintenance

Work Location: Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. To manage all E&I Maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity
• 2. Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including annual maintenance, breakdown maintenance of all equipment, and preventive maintenance systems.
• 3. Execution of all Electrical and Instrumentation engineering projects
• 4. Designing and implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance, equipment history and asset register.
• 5. Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.
• 6. Maintenance planning and control.
• 7. Developing vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services
• 8. Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• 9. Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.
• 10. Ensure all electrical safety systems are functional all the time
• 11. Ensure GMP practices are followed as per company protocols

Geographical Scope: Across locations in India

Reports To: Maintenance Manager/ Plant manager

Internal Customers: Production, Quality Team

External Customers: OEMs Vendors and Machinery Repair agencies, government agencies

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: B.E.- Mechanical/ Electrical/ E&I

Experience: 6 - 9 yrs (Especially in E&I)
