Job summary

JobItUs in India is seeking a project execution professional to lead brownfield projects, capex and process improvement initiatives. You will study P&IDs, PFDs, GA drawings and isometric layouts, align plant setup with the project manager, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Core duties include BOQ preparation, vendor follow-up, contractor supervision, HAZOP participation, PSSR compliance, and timely completion with minimal material waste. Strong coordination and field execution are essential.

• Execute and monitor brown field projects, Capex jobs, modification jobs, process improvement jobs by understanding process.
• Plant layout set up by understanding operational requirement with project manager.
• Equipment detailing, erection and commissioning of GLR, SSR, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, blowers, ANF, dryer, etc along with schedule bar chart.
• Reading P&IDs, PFDs, PDS, G.A. drawing, structural layout, isometric drawings, nozzle orientation of equipment.
• Preparation of BOQ, timeline, equipment and material tracking, follow-up with vendor.
• Checking contractor quality work and measurements as per standards.
• Ensuring no material waste at contractor site while fabrication and material reconciliation.
• Participating in HAZOP for smooth compliance of all safety requirement.
• PSSR of all installed equipment as per PSSR guidelines.
• PR, PO, service entry, material reservation, etc.
• Managed contractors and their manpower as per priority and allocation of job.
• Third party inspection at vendor premises.
• Provide a safety talk/on line job talk before job execution for safely completion of activity.
