Job summary

SHUBH VETURES is looking for a Dispatch Executive to coordinate daily dispatch activities and maintain accurate documentation from our Mumbai operations. You will track shipments, liaise with transporters and internal teams, and ensure timely deliveries with precise data entries in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.

Ideal candidates have hands-on dispatch/logistics experience, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with Zoho Books.

Qualifications

• Experience with dispatch/logistics and dispatch operations is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day dispatch operations and maintain dispatch records.
• Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and update data in Zoho CRM/Zoho Books.
• Communicate with vendors, transporters and internal teams to resolve issues.
