Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, E-commerce Operations, or Order Fulfillment.
• Experience in team handling and managing escalations.
• Good knowledge of courier aggregators and logistics operations.
• Experience in shipment tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day dispatch and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Track shipments and proactively monitor delivery status, delays, NDRs, and RTOs.
• Handle international shipments, including shipment tracking and coordination with international courier partners.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and delivery-related escalations.
• Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delayed, undelivered, and other shipment-related issues.
• Supervise and guide the dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure accurate packaging, dispatch, documentation, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and monitor the dispatch sheet with accurate order/shipment data.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports.

Position: Dispatch Manager
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Working Days: 6 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day dispatch and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Track shipments and proactively monitor delivery status, delays, NDRs, and RTOs.
• Handle international shipments, including shipment tracking, regular follow-ups, and coordination with international courier partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle international shipment or sent tracking , followups
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and delivery-related escalations.
• Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delayed, undelivered, and other shipment-related issues.
• Supervise and guide the dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure accurate packaging, dispatch, documentation, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and monitor the dispatch sheet, ensuring accurate and timely data entry of order and shipment details.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports.
• Monitor courier performance and follow up on service-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to dispatch timelines and company service standards.
• Coordinate with the CS, Warehouse, and Inventory teams for smooth order fulfillments.
• Identify recurring delivery issues and take corrective actions to improve the overall customer delivery experience.
• Ensure proper team communication, follow-up, and accountability for assigned tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, E-commerce Operations, or Order Fulfillment.
