Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air import consolidation. Develop and maintain relationships with importers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents. Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, client visits, and networking. Promote company’s consolidation services and value proposition to potential customers. Pricing & Negotiation Work closely with pricing and operations teams to prepare competitive quotations. Negotiate rates with customers while ensuring profitability and service quality. Provide market intelligence to management on pricing trends and competitor activities. Customer Relationship Management - Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates on shipments, service offerings, and new opportunities. Resolve customer queries and elevate issues when necessary. Coordination & Reporting. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo movement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and conversions in CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
