Job summary

Gyan Dairy in Bihar is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage vehicle route planning, driver coordination, dispatch scheduling and transport costing in line with SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a graduation and 3-5 years of experience in dairy or FMCG logistics, with hands-on skills in coordinating transport, verifying goods, and maintaining dispatch records.

The role requires collaboration with plants and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and address market-related issues after sales.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle route planning as per demand.
• Ensure Transport/driver Management/Costing.
• Ensure timely dispatch planning according to our SOP.
• Follow up with transporters/drivers for vehicle arrangements.
• Check and inspect goods received for accurate quantity, type and quality.
• Coordinate with Plant for loading issues.
• Address market-related issues after sales.
• Track and follow to in-transit vehicles for timely delivery.
• Maintain and update records of dispatches.
• Prepare TAT reports of vehicles.

• Prepare TAT reports of vehicles.
