Job summary

NIIT invites applications for an Executive LMS Support / LMS Admin (L2) based in Gurugram. You will provide L2 support for SAP Learning, Training Shop and Certification Hub, own incidents end-to-end and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Rotational shifts including night shifts, with both-side cab facility and fixed Sat-Sun off. You should have excellent communication and strong technical troubleshooting to succeed in this enterprise LMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub
• Handle complex issues and customer escalations
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents & perform RCA
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams
• Generate learning usage & customer reports
• Drive process improvements and platform enhancements
• Ensure GDPR compliance
