Job summary

HypTechie in Mysuru seeks an Executive - Learning & Development to manage learning initiatives and LMS administration. You will coordinate projects, create dashboards, and support reporting for the L&D team while driving process improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with MS Office, LMS, and content development. BE/BTech/MBA graduates are welcome.
