Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech with 1–4 years of IT function experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• IT Performance – Manage assigned work and maintain zero-breakdown in line with organizational policies.
• IT Delivery – Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and drive SAP ABAP development and testing to resolve business problems.
• MIS and Reporting – Ensure information is properly documented and secured through appropriate reporting mechanisms.

• The incumbent of this role is accountable for the completion of the allocated tasks or activities by the seniors at the corporate office.
• The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth development of applications (SAP ABAP) and testing of applications being used to solve business problems with minimum defects.
• The role holder focuses on implementing change requests within the existing applications in GRIL while ensuring zero-breakdown of IT systems through proper maintenance and quick resolution of all IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Performance –
  • Manage the assigned work and ensure zero-breakdown while upholding the policies and practices of the organization.
  • Enable and support third party vendors to work on the implementation projects, as and when required for assigned activities.
  • Aid in ensuring the progress of IT assignment according to the implementation plan.
  • Maintain IT logs for equipments and maintenance.
• IT Delivery –
  • Ensure that the technical issues get resolved within timelines.
  • Drive smooth development of SAP ABAP application modules and testing of applications to resolve business issues.
  • Ensure smooth integration of existing IT systems with zero-breakdown.
  • Provide quick resolution of all IT related issues and ensure minimum defects.
  • Manage the IT helpdesk.
  • Review with managers and look for the most appropriate solutions to the prevailing concerns as per the implementation cycle.
  • Provide support to IT team on projects for any IT related issue. Support all SAP and data related activities.
• MIS and Reporting –
  • Ensure that all information is appropriately documented and secured through right reporting mechanisms.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Diploma in IT/Electrical/ Computer Scienceswith 1-5 years experience in handling ITfunction in a construction projects

• BE/B.Tech with1-4years experience in handling IT function in a construction projects
