Job Title: Executive – IT

Reporting To: Senior Manager - IT

Location: Gangaikondan

Grade/ Level: SD

Job Objective: To support and maintain IT infrastructure by ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and user support services, enabling uninterrupted business operations and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility 1

• Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and storage systems
• Ensure high availability of IT systems and network security
• Plan and implement IT upgrades and improvements

Responsibility 2

• Handle critical IT issues and escalations
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software problems
• Support plant systems and automation IT needs

Responsibility 3

• Manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and integrations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system improvements
• Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
