Job summary

People, Jobs, and News in Gurugram seeks an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- IT & ERP(SAP) with 7–12 years of SAP and IT operations experience to oversee the SAP system, ERP administration, and user support, ensuring business continuity.

You will coordinate with SAP partners, manage master data and GST/e-Invoicing configurations, monitor performance, and provide MIS reports to leadership, while guiding the IT team and maintaining system governance.

Qualifications

• SAP SD Module administration and IT operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA/ECC.
• Knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the existing ERP (SAP, Tally) system to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants and internal stakeholders during the SAP rollout and provide business support as required.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend IT-enabled process improvements.
• Provide functional support and coordinate issue resolution across Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Stores.
• Manage ERP master data including price lists, discount structures, GST configurations, and financial document numbering.
• Coordinate ERP integrations with statutory systems such as e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill.
• Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with business analytics.
• Administer user access, authorization matrix, and license compliance for ERP applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for ERP enhancements, maintenance, and technical support.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, network, firewall, data security, and system availability.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, email solutions, and end-user IT support.
• Lead and guide the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of user requests.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system governance standards.

Role Summary

• Knowledge of business processes across Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality, Inventory, and Finance.
• Understanding of GST, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill integrations.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, firewall management, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and team management capabilities.
