Umberto Ceramics International Private Limited is seeking a focused IT liaison to provide first-level support for ERP modules and related business applications. You will log and resolve user tickets, monitor data flow across departments, and assist in maintaining in-house software.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Software / Computer Science related fields, with IT focus.
• Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of any business software or ERP; exposure to SAP modules preferred.
• MS Excel and MS Office proficiency; basic SQL knowledge an advantage.
• Clear communication, willingness to learn, attention to detail, logical thinking, problem solving and task prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level support for business applications including ERP modules; log, track and resolve user tickets within agreed timelines and escalate complex issues.
• Understand and monitor data and transactions flow across departments through the system.
• Support the maintenance, testing and improvement of in-house software.
• Identify and correct data errors with the concerned department; maintain master data discipline as per IT Head rules.
• Prepare and share routine MIS and system reports for users and management.
• Act as a functional coordinator between users and developers: gather/document requirements, explain to developers, and conduct UAT before release.
• Coordinate with department heads and with external vendors/service providers as needed.
• Click photographs of products with unique codes and upload to designated system/platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for business applications, including ERP modules; log, track and resolve user tickets within agreed timelines and escalates complex issues to the respective manager.
• Understand and monitor how data and transactions flow across departments through the system.
• Support the maintenance, testing and improvement of the company's in-house software.
• Identify and correct data errors with the concerned department; maintain master data discipline as per the data-entry rules set by the IT Head.
• Prepare and share routine MIS and system reports for users and management.
• Able to act as a functional coordinator, i.e. the link between users and developers: gathering and documenting user requirements, explaining them to developers, and testing and validating the software (UAT) before release.
• Coordinate with department heads on software requirements and process gaps, and with external vendors and service providers when needed.
• Click photographs of products along with their unique product code and upload them to the designated system or platform.

Qualifications And Technical Skills:

• Diploma in Software / Computer Science/ B.Sc. IT / BCA in IT.
• Fresher or 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of any business software or ERP; exposure to SAP (Supply Chain / Sales modules) preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; basic knowledge of databases (SQL) is an advantage.
• Must have Clear communication, Willingness to learn, Attention to detail, Logical Thinking, Problem solving ability & Ability to prioritize tasks.
