Job summary

CaratLane is seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our Digital team in Mumbai. You will be the primary contact for end-users, troubleshoot issues, ensure system stability, maintain data integrity, optimize workflows, and deliver ongoing user training.

Key duties include logging and diagnosing Level 1–2 ERP issues, coordinating with IT teams and ERP vendors, monitoring performance and patches, building reports and dashboards, and maintaining SOPs and user manuals for Finance,

Qualifications

• Proficiency with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of core business processes across finance, procurement, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing software and system documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• User Support & Troubleshooting
  • Act as the primary helpdesk resource to log, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 ERP issues.
  • Differentiate between system bugs and user misunderstandings, providing immediate course correction.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external ERP vendors to escape complex system errors.
• System Maintenance & Optimization
  • Monitor system performance, network connectivity, API integrations, and database errors.
  • Test and deploy system patches, fixes, configuration changes, and version upgrades.
  • Create, modify, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to align with department workflows.
• Data Governance & Integrity
  • Audit data inputs regularly to maintain strict data integrity and system security compliance.
  • Assist with master data management and mapping during data migration or module expansions.
• Training & Documentation
  • Conduct onboarding and continuous system training for cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
  • Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
