Job summary

Asian Paints Limited is seeking a field role to build and maintain relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs) across Home Décor categories in Mumbai. You will onboard new AIDs, create a geographic AID database, and plan business in the territory with AIDs.

You will visit sites, lead with catalogs and product updates, coordinate with category teams, and maintain the AID tracker to ensure strong engagement and smooth execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with AIDs and service their requirements.
• Onboard new AIDs and build a geographic architect database.
• Update Customer Master List (CML) for AIDs.
• Plan territory business with AIDs across categories.
• Generate leads by catalogs and inform AIDs of launches.
• Visit end customers’ homes as POC for escalations.
• Coordinate with category teams for backend support.
• Maintain weekly architect visit tracker and catalogs distributed.

This is a field role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs). It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen & Wardrobe, Bath Fittings & Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows & Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.
• Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
• Maintain & Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on:
