The candidate will manage candidate experience, market roles on social platforms, and maintain accurate ATS data, ensuring compliance and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment.
• Experience in corporate in-house recruiting preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Marketing and Advertising: Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
