Job summary

Walplast Products is seeking an Executive HR (HRBP Plant) based at Ghansoli Mahape HO. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, KRAs, attrition management, reviews, and employee development. Willingness to visit the plant site is required.

Experience 2-4 years with preference for plant hiring background. Male candidates preferred. This position reports to Head Office HR.

• Engagement planning and execution of quarterly activities.
• Maintaining monthly MIS reports and HR dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: end-to-end hiring processes.
• KRA adherence: distributing and communicating KRAs.
• Exit and attrition management with retention strategies.
• Conduct and track monthly employee reviews.
• Skip level calls to address employee concerns.
• Resolve grievances and reduce repeats.
• Plan and execute quarterly employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records and publish reports.
• Support training and development within Head Office domain.
• Develop monthly employee development plans.
• Prepare plant HR policies.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and PPTs.
• Coordinate with Plant HR for daily activities.

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment: will be handling end to end recruitment
• KRA Adherence: Ensure KRAs are distributed and understood by all employees.
• Exit and Attrition Management: Conduct interviews and implement retention strategies.
• Employee Reviews: Conduct and track monthly employee reviews.
• Skip Level Calls: Maintain communication with employees to address concerns.
• Employee Grievances: Resolve grievances promptly and maintain low repeat rates.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute quarterly engagement activities.
• Project and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and publish necessary reports.
• Training and development support within the Head Office domain team and coordinate relevant programs.
• Employee development: Plan and execute monthly employee development plans
• Prepare Plant - HR Policies.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and PPTs.
• Coordinate with Plant HR team for daily activities.
