Job summary

Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking an HR professional to drive end-to-end recruitment, ensure KRAs are understood by all employees, and manage exit and attrition processes. The role includes conducting monthly employee reviews and skip level calls to address concerns.

You will plan quarterly engagement activities, maintain HR records, and publish reports while coordinating training and development with Head Office and plant HR teams across locations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR.
• Graduation in HR or MBA in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: end-to-end recruitment.
• KRA adherence: distribute and explain KRAs to employees.
• Exit and Attrition Management: conduct interviews and retention strategies.
• Employee Reviews: conduct and track monthly reviews.
• Skip Level Calls: maintain communication with employees to address concerns.
• Employee Grievances: resolve grievances promptly and maintain low repeat rates.
• Employee Engagement: plan and execute quarterly engagement activities.
• Project and Reporting: maintain accurate HR records and publish necessary reports.
• Training and development support within the Head Office domain team and coordinate relevant programs.
• Employee development: plan and execute monthly employee development plans.
• Prepare Plant - HR Policies.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Plant HR teams across the locations for daily activities.
