The candidate will manage HR operations at IMT Manesar and collaborate with auditing teams, ensuring adherence to labour laws and factory standards while supporting employee welfare and site administration.

Position: Executive HR

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR and Labour law, or related field. Total Experience:5+ years of HR experience in an automotive manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance Management: Ensure accurate monitoring, recording, and reporting of employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules through biometric.
• Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory deductions with precision.
• Statutory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to factory compliances, labour laws, and statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with Factories Act provisions, labour law regulations, and maintain updated records.
• Statutory Filings: Handle EPF & ESIC challans, returns, and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
• Customer Audits: Coordinate and support external customer audits, ensuring HR and administrative processes meet client standards.
• Plant Administration: Manage day-to-day plant administration including facilities, employee welfare, and workplace discipline.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of attendance systems and workforce scheduling.
• Expertise in Attendance software i.e Saviour , ERP
• Familiarity with EPF, ESIC, and labour law filings.
• Experience in customer audits and compliance documentation.
• Excellent administrative management skills for plant operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, auditors, and management.
