• Ensuringand providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class customerservice experiences
• Analyzingcustomer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuouslyimprove overall rating
• Respondingto customer needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
  

Core Responsibilities

• Buildgood relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortableand address any complaints they might have in a very courteousmanner.
• Receiveguests by greeting them warmly, and attending to their inquiries and alsoanswer inquirers over the phone

• Reportmaintenance issues and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for quickrepair.
