• Welcoming & thanking guests
• Coordinating & maintaining liaison with various depts. To handle all Guest requests.
• Development and implementation of New Guest Relationship Program, coordination various tasks.
• Front Desk operations, welcoming clients, guiding them to the
  concerned departments.
• Handling of Guest queries, Complaints and requests.
