Job summary

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales order processing and timely releases.
• Verify pricing and maintain accuracy in SAP.
• Process distributor claims per policy.
• Monitor receivables, overdue payments, and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations.
• Raise and process credit notes on time.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, CFA, Sales, and others to resolve issues.
• Support financial controls and process improvements.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide business insights.
• Manage claim reimbursements and maintain documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive - Finance (E-Commerce) to support commercial finance operations by managing sales order processing, pricing administration, receivables, claims verification, account reconciliation, and MIS reporting. The role requires strong SAP and Excel expertise along with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing and ensure timely order releases.
• Verify product pricing and maintain pricing accuracy in SAP.
• Process and validate distributor claims as per company policies.
• Monitor receivables, overdue payments, and collections.
• Conduct customer account reconciliations and obtain balance confirmations.
• Raise and process credit notes accurately and within timelines.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, CFA, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support financial controls, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide business insights through data analysis.
• Manage claim reimbursement activities and maintain required documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Accounts Receivable, Sales Accounting, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, or Agri-input industry preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
