Job summary

MG is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and marketplace settlements for our ecommerce operations in Delhi. The role requires hands-on management of high-volume transactions, payment gateways, and GST compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of experience in ecommerce finance, strong excel skills, and proficiency with Tally/Zoho/ERP systems. Full-time on-site position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA / MBA Finance preferred)
• 4–8 years of experience, with mandatory experience in e‑commerce finance
• Strong knowledge of marketplace reconciliation and payment cycles
• Hands‑on experience with GST, TDS, and financial compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations for e-commerce business
• Handle marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Monitor receivables, settlements, and payment cycles
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure GST compliance, invoicing, and tax filings

• Work closely with operations, supply chain, and sales teams
• Manage audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance
