Job summary

Rempact in Gurugram is seeking a Finance Executive to manage high-volume accounting operations within a lean finance team of four. The role targets candidates from FMCG, pharma distribution, or large-scale trading/distribution with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.

Must have Advanced Tally Prime and Excel skills to drive accurate reconciliations, reporting, and collaboration with auditors and multinational finance teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance professional with 5+ years in high-volume accounting.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, TCS, IT, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with GST returns, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Strong ability to coordinate with auditors/consultants and with multinational finance teams.
• Proven track record in reducing discrepancies and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end accounting operations for a ₹500 Cr+ business.
• Ensure accurate daily transactions and robust financial reporting.
• Coordinate independently with auditors and external consultants.
• Drive accounting efficiency and high-volume reconciliation workflows.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly competent, hands-on finance professional who can independently handle high-volume accounting operations in a ₹500 Cr+ business while working effectively within a lean finance team of four.

Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceutical distribution, or large-scale trading/distribution companies will be preferred.

Key Requirements

• Accounting & Transaction Management
• Strong command of end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
• Ability to handle large volumes of daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Expertise in ledger management, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
• Experience working in high-turnover businesses.
• GST, Taxation & Compliance
• Excellent practical knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with GST returns, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Strong understanding of legal tax-saving strategies, tax planning, and financial optimisation.
• Ability to coordinate independently with auditors and consultants.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and experience in dealing directly with finance teams of multinational companies.
• Ability to manage complex reconciliations, debit notes, credit notes, claims, and settlements.
• Professional approach to resolving financial discrepancies.

• Advanced Tally Prime expertise is mandatory.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes and improve accounting efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Distribution industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing financial operations in companies with substantial turnover.
• Strong ownership, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
