Job summary

Neuraleap Group is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive in Mumbai to manage daily accounting for ecommerce and retail, ensuring accuracy and timely close. You will handle vendor invoices, GST, and TDS, with strong Excel and Tally Prime skills supporting MIS reporting and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in ecommerce/retail accounting, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with relevant accounting knowledge.
• 4–7 years in e-commerce/retail back-office accounting.
• Hands-on Tally Prime and GST/TDS experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for e-commerce and retail operations.
• Verify vendor invoices and process payments as per company timelines.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations related to our e-commerce and retail business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace reconciliations, GST, and Tally, along with strong back-office accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for e-commerce and retail operations.
• Verify vendor invoices and process payments as per company timelines.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing activities.
• Prepare GST workings and coordinate for statutory compliance, including TDS
• Prepare MIS reports and reconciliation statements for management.

Required Skills

• Hands-on working experience in Tally Edit Log is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, and other advanced formulas).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Unicommerce, Zoho, SAP Business One, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory)
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and retail accounting.
• Strong background in back-office accounting operations.
• Must be proficient in Tally Prime and capable of handling accounting independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
