Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly accounting closure, receivables accounts, stock reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Prepare financial statements as per Indian GAAP standards.
• Oversee payment processing ensuring TAT compliance and error-free transactions.
• Ensure complete statutory compliance including GST, TDS, TCS, PF, and ESI.
• Compute advance tax liabilities and ensure timely payment as per Income Tax regulations.
• Handle and respond to Income Tax notices and other regulatory communications.
• Coordinate and facilitate GST audits and internal audits.
• Develop and implement SOPs, business process automation, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.

Responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely payments, statutory compliance, and driving process automation initiatives while managing and developing the finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage monthly accounting closure, receivables accounts, stock reconciliation, and invoice processing within defined timelines
• Prepare financial statements as per Indian GAAP standards
• Oversee payment processing across multiple channels ensuring TAT compliance and error‑free transactions
• Ensure complete statutory compliance including GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI, and other tax obligations
• Compute advance tax liabilities and ensure timely payment as per Income Tax regulations
• Handle and respond to Income Tax notices, GST notices, and other regulatory communications
• Coordinate and facilitate GST audits, statutory audits, and internal audits
• Develop and implement SOPs, business process automation, and internal controls
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports and financial analysis
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve departmental objectives
