Job summary

Responsibilities

• Budgetary control over O&M cost, interest and manpower.
• Maintain interest cost below annual target.
• Keep borrowing levels within budget.
• Facilitate cost monitoring and control.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, GST, IND AS, ICFR, ICDS, etc.
• Ensure robust internal control system and processes.
• Review financial transactions in line with policies.
• Adherence to organisational procedures issued by management.
• Ensure zero non-compliance during audits.
• Carry out variance analysis, cash flow and working capital monitoring.
• Support in investment evaluations for capacity expansion.
• Accounts payable: invoicing, vendor reconciliation, payments, PO matching.
• MIS & financial reporting, data entry and documentation.
• Email handling and general accounting operations.

4.100% compliance with statutory requirements of VAT, TDS, GST, New Companies Act, IND AS, ICFR, ICDS, etc., for the plant.

• Comply with procedures and financial policies, ensuring financial discipline.
• Ensure that all transactions are recorded, consolidated, reported in compliance with prescribed accounting standards and policies.
• Ensure robust Internal Control system and processes

• Review financial transactions/reports in line with the policies.
• Adherence to organizational procedure issued by management.
• Ensure zero non-compliance during various statutory/internal audits.

Capital Allocation & Investment Decision
