Job summary

Orkla India is seeking a diligent professional in Bengaluru to manage orders end-to-end and coordinate with the factory for production readiness. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and shipment procedures while maintaining dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.

The role involves consolidating orders, sharing production inputs, and handling licence/returns related activities to support export operations. Experience in ERP and Excel will aid daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate orders received from sales team or distributors, verify product and packaging readiness, and obtain confirmations before processing.
• Consolidate and share periodic order requirements with manufacturing for planning.
• Maintain market-wise product standards and applicable regulatory changes.
• Ensure adherence to shipment-wise legal and statutory procedures.
• Update and maintain relevant business dashboards.
• Share periodic shipment tracking reports with stakeholders in defined format.
• Circulate updated commercial documents to distributors regularly.
• Submit periodic licence and consignment-related returns with requisite documents.
• Submit statutory returns to regulatory bodies periodically.
• Endorse export-related permits in a timely manner.

Order Management & Factory Coordination:

• Consolidate orders received from the sales team or distributors, verify product and packaging readiness, and obtain the required confirmations before processing.
• Consolidate and share periodic order requirements with the manufacturing team to support production and planning.
• Maintain and update market-wise product standards and applicable regulatory changes.
• Ensure adherence to shipment-wise legal and statutory procedures.
• Update and maintain relevant business dashboards.
• Share periodic shipment tracking reports with stakeholders in the defined format.
• Circulate updated commercial documents to the concerned distributors on a regular basis.

Submission of Returns:

• Submit periodic licence and consignment-related returns, along with the requisite supporting documents, to the concerned external party.
• Submit statutory returns to the relevant regulatory bodies on a periodic basis.
• Ensure timely processing and endorsement of export-related permits.
