Job summary

Suprajit Engineering in India is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage international order processing from receipt to delivery. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.

The role includes mapping product references to customer specifications, preparing quotations, and maintaining MIS, reports and presentations to support export operations. You will also liaise with vendors on packaging, logistics and portal submissions.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and management of international business from receipt to delivery.
• Maintenance of MIS, reports, presentations and other data.
• Mapping of product references & specification as per the customer's requirements in the PO/RFQ. Preparation of quotation based on that.
• Follow-up with various vendors related to packaging, on-line content, logistics etc. for smooth operation in exports.
• Communicate affectively both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Submitting replies, quotes, content etc. at customer's portals.
