Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Shift Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain all technical systems at the site during assigned shifts. You will address issues promptly and support planned maintenance to keep operations reliable.

The role also involves accurate reporting of shift activities, supporting planned maintenance schedules, and liaising with both internal departments and external contractors to maintain continuous and reliable operations.

The purpose of this role is to operate, monitor, and maintain all technical systems and infrastructure at the site during assigned shifts. The Shift Engineer ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of equipment and facilities, responds promptly to technical issues, and supports continual improvement initiatives while upholding high standards of safety, compliance, and service quality.
3-5 Years of experience in technical operations, facilities management, or maintenance within residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Proven track record in managing preventive and breakdown maintenance of building services (electrical systems, DG sets, water treatment plants, HVAC, lifts, fire-fighting systems, etc.). Experience in handling statutory compliance, safety protocols, and liaison with government/regulatory bodies. Strong background in vendor management, AMC administration, and contract negotiation. Hands-on experience with budget preparation, cost control, and resource optimization. Proficient in using facility management software and maintenance tracking tools. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
