Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited seeks a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of residential societies, ensuring functioning of lifts, DG sets, fire safety, water, and sewage systems. You will plan preventive schedules, manage staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, budgeting, and leadership, with hands-on involvement in site inspections and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of residential societies (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc).
• Ensure proper functioning of all building systems including lifts, DG sets, fire safety systems, water supply, and sewage systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage and supervise facility staff (technicians, housekeeping, security coordination).
• Coordinate with external vendors and AMC service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and local authority norms.
• Handle resident complaints and service requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs, and track expenses.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance logs, audits, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality standards.
• Support society handover processes and transition from builder to RWA (if applicable).
