Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service in Haryana invites an Export Documentation Executive to prepare Commercial Invoice Packing List, VGM documents, and annexures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with export procedures.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, share export documents with shipping agents, and track shipment schedules, vessel cut-offs and sailing updates to ensure timely deliveries. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and DGFT customs processes is required.
