• Manage and operate government portals related to import & export activities.
• Possess strong knowledge of GST and GST refund processes.
• Apply and interpret INCOTERMS in daily operations.
• Use Microsoft Office tools effectively for reporting and documentation.
• Understand and manage various government schemes and export benefits.
• Handle application and closure processes of EPCG.
• Manage and complete EDPMIS/IDPMS closure processes.
• Coordinate with teams and demonstrate experience in team handling.
• Maintain basic accounts understanding.

9. Coordinate with teams and demonstrate experience in team handling.
10. Maintain basic accounts understanding (preferred skill).
