Job summary

Ipca is seeking a maintenance engineer to ensure cGMP and EHS compliance on the engineering floor. You will quickly troubleshoot equipment failures to maximize plant uptime and oversee critical systems including HVAC, boilers, PW systems, and air compressors.

You will maintain detailed logs, validation papers (IQ/OQ/PQ) and SOPs, coordinate calibrations with external service providers, and support new installations at the site while enforcing LOTO protocols and work-permit systems on the shop

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP and EHS compliance in engineering.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures rapidly to maximize plant uptime.
• Oversee HVAC, Boiler, Chilling plants, Purified Water (PW) systems, and Air Compressors.
• Maintain precise logbooks, equipment history cards, IQ/OQ/PQ validation papers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with external service providers for calibrations and complex technical repairs.
• Responsible for modification new installation at site in case of new project.
• Implement strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and work-permit systems on the shop floor.
