1. 1. Responsible for producing a quality product and responsible for maintaining a quality system in the plant.
2. 2. Ensuring Data Integrity.
3. 3. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery.
4. 4. Responsible for Mechanical work of all Plants.
5. 5. Review of Calibration and Preventive Maintenance activities as per the schedule.
6. 6. Availability of Utilities for the Production department.
7. 7. Plant Round and Breakdown Review.
8. 8. Noise Level Monitoring.
9. 9. GMP audit compliance to all internal & external audits & inspections.
10. 10. Allocation of manpower.
11. 11. Routine breakdown maintenance.
12. 12. Procurements of Spares & Inventory monitoring.
13. 13. Housekeeping record monitoring.
14. 14. Co-ordination with the Manager for various maintenance related activities.
