• ·Analyse marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• ·Manage the Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts.
• ·Plan and monitor online advertising and promotional campaigns.
• ·Improve product ranking, visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
• ·Monitor customer complaints, returns, ratings, and negative feedback.
• ·Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• ·Analyse competitor pricing, products, offers, and market trends.
• ·Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance MIS reports for the management.
