Job summary

Pioneer Management Consultants in India seeks a Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to plan and oversee daily packing and dispatch activities according to schedules.

You will ensure correct packing methods to prevent transit damage and meet customer specifications, and coordinate with Production, Stores and Logistics teams for timely dispatch.

Additionally, monitor vehicle loading, ensure proper handling of materials, and prepare dispatch documentation including invoices and transport documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing and dispatch operations.
• Ability to coordinate with production, stores and logistics.
• Knowledge of invoices, e-way bills, packing lists and transport documents.
• Attention to detail to prevent transit damage.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
