Job summary

Bhumi Pharmaceuticals Mfg. in Vadodara is seeking a dispatch coordinator to plan and execute daily dispatch of finished products, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely delivery.

You will verify batch numbers and packing, prepare invoices and shipping documents, and coordinate with production, warehouse, QA, sales, and logistics to meet schedules while complying with GDP, GMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the daily dispatch of finished pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Verify products, batch numbers, quantities, labels, and packing before dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for domestic and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), GMP, and company SOPs.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock movement registers, and shipment tracking reports.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with transporters for timely deliveries.
• Handle customer dispatch queries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Ensure proper loading, packaging, and safe handling of products.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock verification.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation in the dispatch area.
