Job summary

JobItUs in India’s Gujarat region is seeking a dispatch and logistics professional with 2+ years in chemical/manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee Transportation Management, generate invoices, create GRNs, and ensure SAP-based controls and reporting are in place.

Daily material movement and domestic dispatches are part of the role. The role also requires coordination with sales and production teams, handling E-Way bills, and maintaining accurate documentation for compliant dispatch

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Chemical/Manufacturing Industries.
Experience in Transportation Management.
Proficiency with SAP for stock control and reporting.

Responsibilities

To handle the Transportation Management.
To manage the activity of Invoice Generation.
To create the GRN for job work site.
To Generate the E-Way bill.
To handle the Inventory Movement.
To Manage the Scrap Management and Billing for the same.
To Coordination with sales and production team about material management.
To manage the Daily reporting of raw material / finished goods.
To Communicate with customer for dispatch related matters.
To Manage the domestic dispatch Activities.
To ensure and find enhancement in SAP to create control via validation and reports.
To ensure all the documentation verified and maintain.
To ensure dispatch is following itching system of stock.
