Job summary

Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited (SPRL) is seeking a Dispatch Executive for its SCM team in Ghaziabad. The role requires 6–8 years of experience and a graduate degree (B.Com/BBA/BCA).

You will oversee material storage, packing, and records, while guiding a team of at least 20 associates in product handling and final packing. The candidate should be proficient in SAP and MS Office, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and uphold 5S and IATF safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/BBA/BCA).
• 6–8 years of experience in dispatch/SCM within manufacturing/engineering sectors.
• Experience in material storage, packing, and supplier/customer records.

Responsibilities

• Manage material storage, issue, and packing at finished goods warehouse.
• Supervise a minimum of 20 associates during product handling and final packing.
• Knowledge of FIFO, packing standards, and maintaining customer-wise records.
• Meet timelines and work assignments with self-motivation.
• Apply 5S, TS 16949 (IATF), and safety standards in daily operations.

• 1. Should have good working experience in material storage/issue & Packing of Product at finished goods godown.
• 2. Can independently supervise minimum 20 Associates during Product Handling & Final Packing.
• 3. Should have knowledge of FIFO, Packing Standards & proper filling/ Keeping Customer wise records

etc.

• 4. Should be self-motivated to meet timeline of work assign.
• 5. Knowledge of 5S, TS 16949 (IATF), 5S & Safety.
