Job summary

Bondada Group in Hyderabad is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to create engaging content, manage social media, and run email campaigns. You will support lead generation and brand growth while coordinating with sales and project teams.

You'll design marketing creatives, track performance, and stay current with digital trends. The role is full-time and requires a proactive, collaborative communicator with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Post daily updates on customer visits, site inspections, project progress, product installations, and company activities across digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
• Promote the company's products, services, success stories, events, and achievements through digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Design marketing creatives, banners, brochures, and short promotional videos using graphic design and video editing tools.
• Execute email marketing campaigns by sending product brochures, newsletters, project updates, and promotional materials to prospective and existing customers.
• Build, organize, and maintain customer and prospect databases to support sales and marketing activities.
• Support lead generation campaigns and digital branding initiatives to increase enquiries and customer engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and enquiry generation, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and project teams to collect updates and develop marketing content.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or equivalent software.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of SEO, social media analytics, digital marketing, and online lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
