Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group in India is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily ERP reporting, data analysis, and dashboards for production planning in Telangana. You will generate the Open CPO/UCPO reports, assist with item code setups, and prepare monthly operation reports in collaboration with Purchase, Factory, and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, process improvements, and ensuring accurate forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Generate the daily CPO report.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues for new item code creation and configuration data uploads.
• Prepare and manage Monthly Operations Reports.
• Generate Monthly Material Consumption reports
• Develop insightful dashboards for operations and business performance.
• Perform data analysis on operational and management metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Compile and upload the monthly forecast.
• Analyse forecast data month-over-month
• Coordinate with Purchase/Factory teams/Finance on need basis for smooth operations of daily work

Job description

Objectives of the Role

• Generate and circulate the daily factory-wise Open Sales Order IND report (CPO & UCPO) for production and dispatch planning
• Perform item code mapping, activate configurations, update order modifiers, revise routes, and adjust standard and transfer costs as required by the business daily.
• Participate in Key User Calls as the POC for the India region, attend monthly steering committee meetings, SOP calls, Weekly Opns call, document the MOM, and support the team in executing action plans
• Eliminate manual compilation of the Open Sales Order IND report (CPO & UCPO)
• Prepare the forecast template for IN1 & IN3
• Compile and track the daily factory-wise dispatch plan versus actuals
• Generate the monthly operations management report
• Conduct data analysis on various operational and management metrics to provide insights for informed decision-making
• Create insightful operations and business dashboards
• Analyse dispatchable CPO, net influx, and production details
• Provide additional support for miscellaneous operational activities
