Stanford Laboratories in India is seeking a skilled Production Planner to coordinate scheduling across daily, weekly, and monthly horizons. The role focuses on aligning production plans with forecasts, regulating batch-wise schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance within GMP/WHO standards.

You will liaise with QA, QC, Procurement, and Dispatch to optimize inventory levels, monitor adherence to plans, and prepare KPI reports on inventory turnover, forecast variance, and production adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders.
• Develop batch-wise plans considering capacity, changeover time, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor adherence to schedules and highlight deviations.
• Plan requirements for APIs, excipients, and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of RM/PM.
• Track supplier lead times and adjust planning accordingly.
• Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and monitor expiry/shelf-life.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure planning activities comply with GMP, WHO, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support audits with planning and inventory data.
• Maintain documentation as per pharmaceutical standards.

• Coordinate dispatch planning to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare production adherence reports, inventory aging, and slow/non-moving stock analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning
