Executive – Business Operations & Project Execution

Department: Business Development & Operations – EV Infra

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Reporting To: Manager / Asst. Manager – SCM

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of EV infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion of documentation, site readiness, contractor deliverables, commercial agreements, and operational requirements.

The position requires strong ownership of project execution activities, stakeholder management, process adherence, and ensuring seamless transition of EV charging projects from business development stage to operational deployment.

This role is not limited to coordination; the incumbent will be accountable for tracking, driving, and closing project deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. End-to-End Project Execution & Deployment Management
   • Own execution activities for EV charging infrastructure projects from project initiation to commissioning.
   • Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
   • Drive execution with contractors, vendors, site partners, and internal teams.
   • Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and take corrective actions for timely resolution.
   • Maintain project execution trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
2. 2. Site Acquisition & Documentation Management
   • Manage complete documentation lifecycle related to EV charging sites, including:
     • Site agreements
     • Lease/rental documentation
     • Commercial agreements
     • Approval-related documents
     • Other statutory and operational documentation
   • Review and validate documentation completeness before execution.
   • Work closely with legal, business, and operations teams for agreement closure.
3. 3. Contractor & Vendor Management
   • Manage contractor performance and ensure execution as per defined timelines and quality standards.
   • Monitor civil, electrical, installation, and commissioning activities at sites.
   • Ensure contractor compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and company processes.
   • Drive closure of execution-related issues.
4. 4. SCM & Internal Process Management
   • Work closely with SCM, Engineering, Service, Finance, and Operations teams for project execution.
   • Ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and resources for project completion.
   • Track procurement and supply dependencies impacting project timelines.
5. 5. Business Support & Commercial Execution
   • Support EV charger sales pipeline by ensuring execution feasibility and operational readiness.
   • Evaluate project requirements and coordinate internal actions for successful deployment.
   • Prepare project status updates for management reviews.
