Job summary

Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the role of Project Manager – Electrical to oversee EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation to commissioning. You will ensure timelines, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination across India.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in electrical project execution/EPC, with strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, electrical panels, and EV chargers. Willingness to travel to project sites is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/EPC.
• Strong experience in electrical installation, execution, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience in EV charging infrastructure will be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, electrical panels, cables, earthing, protection systems, and EV chargers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical works for EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation to commissioning.
• Take ownership of project timelines, site execution, quality, safety, and completion.
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, SLDs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, electrical contractors, and internal project teams.
• Supervise installation of transformers, LT/HT panels, cables, earthing systems, DBs, protection systems, and EV chargers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of electrical materials at sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
• Prepare project progress reports, site updates, material requirements, and other project documentation.
• Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously as per business requirements.
