Department: Business Development & Operations – EV Infra

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Reporting To: Operations & Service Engineer

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for ensuring smooth operational functioning of Servotech EV charging infrastructure by managing customer interactions, resolving operational issues, driving stakeholder closure, and ensuring uninterrupted charging network performance.

The incumbent will own operational support activities across office and field operations and will be responsible for identifying issues, escalating appropriately, and ensuring timely resolution through effective ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. EV Charging Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operational activities related to EV charging infrastructure.
• Monitor charging site performance and operational challenges.
• Ensure timely identification and closure of operational issues impacting customer experience.
• Maintain operational reports, issue trackers, and performance dashboards.

2. Customer & Site Support Management

• Handle customer calls, queries, and operational concerns related to EV charging sites.
• Understand customer issues and ensure resolution through appropriate channels.
• Monitor customer complaints and drive closure within defined timelines.
• Maintain customer feedback records for operational improvement.

3. Issue Management & Resolution Ownership

• Identify operational issues related to:
  • Charging stations
  • Power availability
  • DISCOM-related challenges
  • Service requirements
  • Site infrastructure
• Raise issues with respective stakeholders and drive resolution.
• Follow up until complete closure and maintain RCA records.

4. DISCOM & External Stakeholder Management

• Manage operational interactions with DISCOMs, service teams, site partners, and other stakeholders.
• Track pending approvals, complaints, and operational dependencies.
• Ensure timely resolution of external challenges affecting site operations.

5. Field Operations Support

• Support field teams for site visits, operational inspections, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes and service standards.
• Conduct periodic site performance reviews and share improvement opportunities.

6. Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with Service, Engineering, Business, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Highlight critical issues, trends, and improvement areas to management.
