Job summary

Labdhi Lifestyle Limited in Mumbai seeks a Real Estate Acquisitions and Redevelopment Specialist to identify new opportunities, conduct market and feasibility studies, and drive project transitions from acquisition to execution.

You will build relationships with housing societies, landowners, authorities, and consultants, lead negotiations, ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 and RERA, and manage multiple projects to meet timelines using MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–8 years in real estate acquisitions, redevelopment, land acquisition, or business development.
• Strong network with housing societies and redevelopment stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities.
• Knowledge of DCPR 2034, RERA, redevelopment regulations, and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new real estate acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, project feasibility studies, and preliminary due diligence to evaluate project viability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with housing societies, society committees, landowners, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and facilitate execution of agreements while ensuring compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, and other regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, legal advisors, architects, and government authorities to ensure smooth transition from acquisition to execution.
• Assist in obtaining approvals, permissions, NOCs, and statutory clearances for redevelopment projects.
• Monitor project progress during acquisition and resolve issues to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication throughout acquisition.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• 3 - 8 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, redevelopment, land acquisition, or business development.
• Strong network within housing societies, redevelopment stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities.
• Hands-on experience in redevelopment, cluster redevelopment, and SRA projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound knowledge of DCPR 2034, RERA, redevelopment regulations, approval processes, and project feasibility analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project documentation, and real estate reporting tools.
